Julie Crooks, owner of Transitions in Time, is deeply committed to supporting families through an often physically and emotionally overwhelming time.  Our goal is to provide exceptional, individualized service when you need it the most.

A native Californian, Julie has lived and worked in the Thousand Oaks area for nearly 30 years.

Combining her professional background in program management, formal education in psychology, human factors and aging issues, and personal relationships with interior design and construction professionals, Julie brings much of her life experience to this work.
